The question begs amplification; a huge breakthrough from and to what?
Embedded in the Brad Cullen, May 2010 article (link below), I include one of my favorite true stories, about a twenty-two year old college student having a huge breakthrough from her fundamental, religious concepts about prayer and into experiencing a way to pray that gets results and demonstrates the power of “seeking and knocking UNTIL.”
If I haven’t made it clear HOW to have a breakthrough of your own, please email me brad@spiritualhealingsource.com or text or call me at 1 954/994-7273.
I share these things freely in just the way I received them, FREELY.

Brad’s Five Rules for Effective Prayer
Here are my five rules, for me …I know you go directly to the SOURCE, please do so and get confirmation and/or a correction for YOU, and if you feel so inclined please share.
1) Never pray for anything until and unless I know it is God’s will for THIS situation.
2) Never pray for anything until all the conflicts that stand in the way of God’s perfect will are dealt with.
3) Stop listening to those who say there is no adversary, I first tell our SPIRIT-PARENT I want Her/His/Its will unto the death of any and all desires and preconceived ideas. I want the will of SPIRIT (period).
4) I keep demanding clarity UNTIL I know exactly what I am supposed to be praying for in this situation and if I’m shown that the adversary, or one of its agents has set up a stronghold in me, I get rid of it, by declaring I’ve been given authority over it which I have because the Creator of the universe has given me authority and I want only the will of the SOURCE!
5) I, then, allow the gratitude to well up in me in the knowledge that our perfect Daddy/Mommy always hears AND answers me …which leads to expectancy which I don’t have to conjure up because it is THERE!

If you prefer your own perception of reality, almost three weeks ago I celebrated my 89th birthday which means I’m just embarking on my 90th year chronologically.
I just realized while shaving earlier that this nonsense about my age began at age 13 when I officially started my career as a professional musician (meaning I was getting paid for playing an instrument) in a “dive” called Pearl’s Inn, in Hayward, California.
I had to lie about my age because it was illegal to even be in a bar if you were under 21. I also started drinking alcohol at that young age. (BTW I’ve never been “carded,” ever!) Because I was basically lazy I also started making excuses for not being as good as I could have been if I’d worked harder at it, because I was only 18 (another obvious lie) that I shared with my fellow musicians.
Another bit of my sordid history is that I was forced into the Musicians Union at age 15 – another story for another time.
Fast-forward to when I was stunned on the occasion of my 30th birthday that I could no longer make the excuse of being “only” any age, for one of my many mediocrities …after all, I was 30. The point being that on that momentous and depressing occasion I decided I would no longer be depressed by reaching certain benchmark age dates and I’d accomplish this by saying “I’m going on 35” until I reached my 34th birthday, at which time I’d begin saying “I’m going on 40.”
Now you understand why I say I’m going on 95 – it’s not a lie and, in a strange way, it has a kind of life-giving magic of its own. I mean, how can my 90th birthday be a shocker when I’m already prepping for 95?
How does that relate to the two Brad Cullen articles I’m hoping you’ll read? (Links below; if they don’t take you there, copy and paste them into the URL in your browser. I’ve packed them with enough scientific references that maybe your perception about the “reality” of the topics will also be changed.
If the above or the articles prompt any questions or comments please write me at brad@spiritualhealingsource.com after all, a guy going on 95 likes continual mental stimulation.

I’ve been sharing my personal experiences in Brad Cullen articles about the spiritual benefits of fasting for over 20 years.
Fasting is not the easiest thing to do and for that reason many folks resist it, giving all kinds of logical sounding other reasons.
A statement I have often made is that in order to get spiritual benefits don’t fast for health reasons …here’s how I put it in one article (link below):
“Back to the health benefits of fasting: I have seen many people get their healing, seemingly as a result of fasting. Do not get caught up in any health benefit, including weight-loss as the reason for fasting …accept health benefits as secondary, an “add-on,” so to speak, NOT the primary reason for fasting (period).”
I just recently celebrated my 89th birthday and I still practice fasting along with intermittent fasting (IF) for spiritual reasons, but to allay fears I often throw in a link to some medical resource such as this one of 2021 from Harvard Medical School Publishing, to which I referred in a Feb 2021 bc article.
Here’s a Brad Cullen Article, circa 2010: http://spiritualhealingsource.com/?page_id=304#fasting
