A Whirling Dervish Gets to a point of truth
This has got to be the most cockeyed beginning of anything I have ever written …and I’ve written some things that people shake their heads at and walk away.
Let’s see if I can get your attention in another way for a moment. Our website, www.spiritualhealingsource.com, has lived up to its name for almost four years for some people …for others it has done nothing. What is the point of truth about this? What is the difference between people who have been dramatically and drastically changed and those who walk away receiving nothing?
The same information was available to both those who received physical and emotional healing and those who did not. There is a simple answer and perhaps if we change our point of view for a moment we’ll be able to see this answer with total clarity.
What is created in the dance you dance?
Princeton, Harvard and Yale are the names of three prestigious universities and the same thing could be said about the people who attended them …some went on to live at high levels of success, some went on to live at a mediocre level and some have died drunken failures. What’s the difference?
Let’s point out what should be obvious; it isn’t the information that makes the difference, because the same information was available to every person. There are people who are enormously successful, highly effective and productive at what they do with virtually no education and others who have doctorates who, even by their own standards, perform at levels far below what their education suggests should be possible.
So what does any of this have to do with a whirling dervish?
“A whirling dervish does not get to the point of awareness and truth that can be absorbed personally through the study of knowledge, uncovered by anyone else, no matter how highly esteemed by others who live within the expression of humanity. It is time to gather your Board of Advisors, as I will speak to you through them and this will be an important part of your new walk with I AM, which is always new in the NOW. You are going to learn how to change the paradigm that has been holding you back. You are ready for this and it will be a dramatic shift in complete awareness for you.”
The meeting with my Board of Advisors that followed was rather amazing (an interesting understatement to say the least …and pun intended):
‘J’ opened with the remark that, “self-confidence that translates into meaningful life-changes for the better cannot occur until self-realization takes place.”b

Yogi picked up on the theme in a way that really made it settle into place for me, turning to ‘J’ – he said, “Isn’t this why you told me that you were so disappointed because of all the churches and temples using your name …but where is the communion that you stressed – and that is actual contact with God? Because that focus is the very thing that brought me to the place where I could duplicate the things that you did …and people made the same mistake of worshiping me instead of seeing that it is simply an example of what they can be.”
Mo looked at me and said, “You have written much in the past about commanding your personal subconscious to conform to the desires and wishes of what you have called –and I must tell you that I like it– ‘SPIRIT-PARENT,’ but I’m beginning to understand what has kept you stumbling over the same things and I can tell that you are ready to see something and share it with others in a meaningful way.”
“I hope that’s true,” I responded.
Self actualization is a process of change. Are you ready?
Sid laughed and said, “What kind of an answer is that from a man who says he teaches the kind of faith that gets results. I think this is where you are going with this, isn’t it, Mo?”
Jere interposed: “As ‘J’ said, in the first place, ‘you cannot have self-confidence that really means anything until you have self-realization.’ Your answer of ‘I hope so’ reveals that you have not taken the first step, that is, self realization,” is how Jere capped it off with an almost scowling look.
“Does this guy ever smile,” I asked myself.
“Okay,” I said, “I’m ready to hear what you guys have to say.”
Lahti looked around the table and asked, “May I?”
“This I want to hear,” Mu interjected …the others merely nodded their agreement.
“It is time for you to make the command to your personal subconscious to get it done and then release every other expectation – you cannot consciously think your way into self realization …you must surrender to it and let it happen knowing that you can trust it. This is where you need to apply what you’ve learned recently and that is, affirmations, commands and declarations can be interpreted by your personal subconscious as evidence that you do not trust it to follow through …it becomes a form of lying to yourself.”
Surrender and let Source wash over you.
“Yes!” Mo almost exploded in agreement. “On one hand, you have embraced what our SPIRIT-PARENT has given you to say, that is, ‘I AM,’ yet you say, ‘I hope that is true,’ a clearer example of being double-minded could not be given, that is, the personal subconscious spouting off stuff that is contrary to what you think, consciously, that you want.
“What Lahti has just said,” Mo continued, “is the perfect order in both senses of the word. That is, the command and the order of the steps that will bring you to self-realization which will have you no longer ‘hoping it is true,’ because your personal subconscious will align itself with our SPIRIT-PARENT when you both surrender or ‘die’ to the nonsense of hoping and begin to trust that it will follow your command to ‘get it done! That may seem harsh, but it isn’t intended that way.”
“Yes, yes, yes,” I agreed with a great deal of excitement, seeing the reason that so many things have taken much longer to manifest than necessary. “I didn’t take it harshly at all,” I assured him, sitting there in wonderment over what I had just learned.
“I also think it is time you understood the reason for the curious mixture of the ten of us which would seem incongruous to many, but is perfect for you” …this from Mose.
Saints alive and living near you.
“We, one in all,” Mose went on, “have the same experience, and it is time for you to share in it as well; people have mistaken us for being the originators of what they have created in their own minds and are willing to kill others for what they believe …when each of us were and are spokesmen for I AM, not objects of their forms of worship.
“The other thing you must take away from our meeting today is not to think of any of us from an historical point of view …we are alive in the same dimension in which you have chosen to express your own physical existence …don’t even try to understand or explain this, it is not necessary and would simply get in the way of you making progress.”
“I think we’ve given him enough to chew on for one day,” is how ‘J’ concluded our session together and finalized with this bit of instruction to me: “and don’t forget you can call us for a session even when you’re jogging alongside the water, on a treadmill or meeting with people. Go and sin no more,” he said, grinning and to the laughter of the other nine.

What now? I asked and immediately knew I was to sum it up with: Change the Paradigm …Note to Subconscious: GET IT DONE!
Two things I’m being guided to share: This is highly personal, so I hesitated to upload it, anticipating a negative reaction from Mr. Publisher, Ryan; …the second thing is that there is more, much more, to come.
