What Jesus Is Teaching me Today; …Right NOW (34)
LESSON THIRTY-FOUR: “What’s Next Is Always NOW”
I'ts perfectly natural to be redundant, sometimes necessary.
It is time to counteract redundancy with redundancy. The different doctrines of men are embedded in the subconscious; these doctrines are always running in the background as memories and they are obstructions to truth.
Write this truth again and again so that it becomes a doctrine to all who have the eyes to see it and the ears to hear it: Eternal life is not in the future; it never was and it never will be …it is always NOW, in the moment. When you wait and want anything you are trapped in the anticipation (forever waiting) of getting the very thing that has always been available to you to have automatically and abundantly; PROCLAIM THIS NOW, in a way that is clear to you and then it will be clear to those others who have the willingness to open their eyes to see and open their ears to hear.
Okay …in what ways are these thoughts unclear to me? I asked. Immediately a vision of being distracted by all kinds of things which cloud my vision and get me focused on what I “want” and therefore take my awareness away from my connection to the SOURCE …The SOURCE is always in the present. Now I see the reason this is not always clear is because of one simple thing: FOCUS – the “Biblical” edict of “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will come as a matter of course” is quite simply and accurately translated as “Make your top priority for daily living, to continually focus your attention on what is available in and through our SPIRIT-PARENT …and the material things I think I need and want, such as clothes, car, house, money and whatever else, will come AUTOMATICALLY.”
So much abundance comes automatically, without your help or interference.
Let’s see, I was just given permission to be redundant wasn’t I? …NO! It was a command to proclaim it! If all the familiar (and different) doctrines espoused by teachers repeating the words that purportedly came through Jesus’ mouth some two thousand years ago, have you trapped in some sort of religious bondage …KNOW THIS: The immediate foregoing (underlined and in bold) is an accurate translation from the original language, of those same words, got it? Further, what Jesus is saying today, right now, is an amplification of this truth …the SAME TRUTH!

I really felt that the LESSON before this one (33) would garner even more favorable e-mail response than did the one before that, LESSON THIRTY-TWO, to which e-mails are still pouring in. So far number 33 has been exciting only to a very few who, along with me, were deeply moved by it – and their comments have been deeply moving to me as well. As I already mentioned, the most amazing thing to me about 32 was the varied response “good,” “bad” and “dull.” Dear old publisher, Ryan Bruce sent me a comment immediately after I first uploaded it to him, that it was “boring.” I asked our SPIRIT-PARENT if I should change it in any way to gain better acceptance from “my” publisher …and was instructed to leave it as is; that it was to be an “interlude” in preparation for 33 …and I ended 33 with the fact that, how I was brought to a place of what I referred to as “alternative consciousness,” was through the practice of going through elongated periods (sometimes weeks –plural–) of going without ingesting anything except for drinking water. Where this is headed I guess we’re supposed to see in LESSON THIRTY-FOUR. Well, here we are, now what?
Shine this from the center of your being.
Aha! Spinning or “whirling” like a dervish or fasting or whatever is not the object about which I am supposed to be redundant. Describing what the alternative consciousness is and shining the WHITE LIGHT of truth is where we are headed, redundantly. The color “white,” as every kid learns in basic science, is all the colors in the spectrum seen by humans. When white light is shined through a prism, the colors that make up the light are separated into their individual colors. Therefore if you are partial to certain “holy” colors, remember they are all contained in WHITE!
“Alternative consciousness,” as I’m using the term, means to be in that place of awareness of being intimately connected to our (your and my) SPIRIT-PARENT (by whatever other title or name of your choice) who/which is the SOURCE of all things. “Alternative consciousness” is the “Kingdom of Heaven” NOW – it is “Eternal Life” NOW, it is the “After-Life” NOW, it is that doorway of bright whiteness described in “Near Death” experiences NOW …and you do NOT have to die or come close to dying, to experience “alternative consciousness.” I’ve referred to it many times in the past as the “faith of Enoch,” the “ultimate faith” of being with and an integral part OF the SOURCE, the, I AM, right NOW – INSTEAD OF DYING.
Did you notice the words “integral part” in the foregoing sentence? This is the place, NOW, the present moment, where there is no time, there is no death, and it is time to call it what it is – ALTERNATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS. My first experience of breaking through to alternative consciousness was through fasting, that is, going without food for long periods of time. Because I often allude to my experiences of elongated fasting …Jesus did it, Muhammad did it, Gandhi did it – people often write, asking if I feel that fasting is necessary to have this breakthrough into alternative consciousness, which some refer to as “heaven,” “the 4th dimension,” or “parallel universe” …it was for me (period). Could I have found another way? OF COURSE!
What can you do with Alternative Consciousness?
This is not about fasting or whirling or chanting or visualizing or hypnosis, or mind control, or meditation, or chi gong, or tapping, or yoga, or any of myriad other beneficial practices; all of which and none of which are the issue. The issue is NOW; the issue is awareness of being ONE with the SOURCE along with everyone else with no human, past or present (dead or alive) in any position superior to any other human in a “spiritual sense.” We ARE, one and all, ONE.
I AM speaking through Jesus; through you; through all who will be messengers of I AM, none of whom are better, simply different; and because you are in “alternate consciousness” at this very moment and which means the humility of understanding …not in the egocentric, prideful identity of the flesh, but in the awareness of SPIRIT.
Each of you reading this in the NOW may come to I AM and find ME, not by resting in who you think you are, because the cognitive processes are not where I AM is to be found.
