LESSON TWENTY: “The Wisdom Of The World”

I think therefore I AM...a wise monkey.

When you anticipate that anything will come into being in the physical realm based upon what you have learned previously, you are using the wisdom of the world. Even as you are hearing this you are anticipating how people will react to your writing it as I AM giving it to you. That would be what some might call an unholy mix. There are those who will also say there is nothing wrong with using the wisdom of the world.

See it as being neither right nor wrong, but rather contrary to your purpose when you are trying to hear the voice of I AM in the NOW.

To stay in your purpose, you cannot, must not, rely on your intellectual understanding – those who want the mechanisms you have offered want to come to I AM. This has been a first step for many of them. What is it to you that you don’t hear from them further? Didn’t I give what you are calling mechanisms to you to share; so that they could come to I AM directly?

How many lifetimes have we sat under the same tree asking the same questions?

I feel a bit like Jonah, sitting under the grapevine griping …when I should feel grateful for being used as a conduit. The fact is, I would like my writing to be popular. I would like my books to be popular. I truly am grateful that a couple of my books have been read by thousands and many of those have claimed that reading those two books have changed their lives. I have said, related to both, that I didn’t write them anyway …I more or less got into the zone where I heard and transcribed what I received even though some of the content were experiences stored in my memory; which I’m learning here is part of where “the wisdom of the world” is stored as well – frankly this is somewhat of a new way of looking at it for me.

The ego is a crazy thing …at the moment I am extremely grateful that I’m seeing how foolish it is to want popularity; yet when I share what I get from SPIRIT I want to be heard and taken seriously. How silly! Small wonder that one of my “mechanisms” is beating on my chest and crying out for mercy for missing what I have been given and what I have chosen to be and do!

Ah yes, as my dear friend and publisher, Ryan Bruce, says he just wants to bring the truth to those who have ears to hear. He feels led by SPIRIT to publish what SPIRIT has given me to write. Thank YOU, SPIRIT, for providing everything I need, including a partner to keep me focused on my chosen/given purpose in life.

Let’s also repeat something else I’ve said many times over – the “mechanisms” that enable me to hear directly from SPIRIT through the mouth of Jesus today, are not the ONLY ways available. There are literally hundreds of ways to do anything. I can only share what I’ve been given that works for me …and it’s FREE just the way I received it.

If you want to know why I refer to “our SPIRIT-PARENT” …Who, many of you would prefer I would call “God” (bwoton) instead of and why I insist upon referring to HIM/HER/IT as speaking through the mouth of Jesus, I’ll be glad to explain that as well. I’m not interested in arguing, but I’ll be glad to get into a dialogue with you and I promise to read carefully and respond prayerfully to whatever it is you have to say.
