Getting Into The Flow
HOW you can get into the flow of the presence and power of Universal Creativity …and that works for you.
A clue is found in this ancient text: “In all things give thanks, for this is the will of God concerning you.” If this is true, that is, being thankful no matter what appears to be beyond my control, that is:
If life in the “reality” of this 3rd dimension is filled with chaos and distractions and it could be said, therefore, that if I’m unable to be in an attitude of gratitude in the midst of perceived chaos of seeming accidents, disruptions and tragedies that are part of living “here,” how can anyone be grateful? Am I not, therefore, in the absence of being thankful, destined to be out of sync with the flow of Universal Creativity?
In other words, stress and tension brought on by disappointment, frustration, anger and other emotions on one end of the spectrum, and the emotions of excitement, happiness and joy at the other end, will keep me in a state we can liken to an emotional roller coaster ride of ups and downs of what has been described as being a “manic depressive” with rare moments of peace and tranquility.
Stress and tension interfere with performance whether related to physical or mental activity …not being able to “stay loose” in sporting parlance interferes with peak performance and also referred to as “choking,” and all successful coaches seek to maintain that perfect balance of keeping their players tense enough to stay motivated and focused on winning while avoiding the kind of tension that almost assures losing.
There are non-chemical ways of escaping stress and attention, but first you have to have the desire and then you can choose from among the options …and stick with one that works for you UNTIL you get the results you want.
We’ll share what works for us, which also provides easy principles by which to build your own system that works better for YOU.
