It was said of old . . .
“You can’t serve Two Masters”
That quote can hold true from any number of points of view, but if you’re not a slave and have achieved some degree of mastery, you can have many servants, none of whom are slaves.
The only way of escaping slavery is not to keep any slaves yourself. You do this by making certain that everyone with whom you deal, benefits from your transactions and is not victimized.
The same source said, “You are no longer my servants, but my friends if you’ve learned how to be over-comers.”
If, however, you’re a slave to one point of view, you cannot be an over-comer because you are a slave to that single point of view.
