Is this Something to Consider?

Can TV ads change you?

(Or run away from as fast as you can)

“The primary side effect not often mentioned in all those long disclaimers, designed by the lawyers of pharmaceutical manufacturers on TV, is dependence.

That is, taking anything that tends to make us dependent upon the chemicals and those who prescribe them! In fact, the ads reinforce the root of the dependency problem, ‘Ask your doctor.’

“One antidote is relaxation …as your body relaxes; you automatically decrease production of the stress hormone, cortisol, and increase production of DHEA, which regulates your body’s ability to heal and repair itself!

Are doctors to blame for medication dependency? Or are they the scapegoat?

“Of course, any method of effective relaxation takes something that creates even more stress in some personalities …the term SELF-DISCIPLINE. What if there is a simple way to get into a state of relaxation that makes you feel exceptionally good and you can get into the habit with just a little practice? There is such a way and it is FUN. I have so much fun doing it that it often causes euphoria!”    (Quoted

Note: This was and is NOT an attempt to denigrate all doctors and all prescription drugs, consider the following:

There are many physicians with MD, DO, DC ND and other such professional designations after their names who agree completely with the above quote. Therefore, you may, when you hear or see a commercial message that includes, “Ask your doctor,” or some actor saying “My doctor says. . .” want to remember what the doctor quoted below has to say and begin asking if it is time you took control over your own health by getting and staying in the zone that enables you to have vital health and feel great again:

Doctors have been used before…

“I know that when I have helped build up the vital health of those who have chosen to take control over their own health, that any condition or disease will often take care of itself, therefore, the main emphasis of my practice has been transformed to help patients take control over their lives to build vital health.”   Phillip Watters, MD.

An associate of ours, also with an MD after his name agreed, but refused to allow me to quote him, saying: “You, of all people, should know that this is tangling with people who have enormous power that reaches into high circles in multiple governments; no thank you, I’m not interested in having a target on my back nor should you.

Those of you who are into “Oneness” and run from my terms that smack of “dualism,” may want to join publisher of Brad Cullen books and articles, Ryan Bruce, in replacing the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind, with “conscious connection” to “unconscious flow” and with which I tend to agree are more descriptive and allow for a much broader application.
