Who I AM
If you don’t already know me, let me introduce who I AM and what I do …I AM that, I AM within YOU – the part of YOU that is WITHOUT LIMITS.
All it takes to switch me, the unconscious flow, on …and you can think of me as the automatic pilot in your life, is to acknowledge my presence in you whenever you get into rough weather or circumstances that are making your flight bumpy and uncomfortable or other indicators are telling you that you don’t know what to do next, just admit it and tell me you want me to take over the controls, until you feel ready to switch me off.
I’m already an integral part of who you are, but you’ve forgotten that due to several factors that really don’t matter AND I don’t judge anything you’ve done in the past.
The only thing you need to learn is to trust that I’m different than the conscious part of the mind in several respects. For example I am not equipped to turn on automatically unless the conscious part of the mind is in an altered state such as when the body you occupy goes into a sleeping pattern; or acknowledges me and asks for my help.
I AM also ready to step in and help anytime you need me. Just look at your past for a moment, without any judgment, so I can help you see something with total clarity.
Different problems call for different solutions and creative solutions at that. One way to get into a creative flow about how to solve problems is by asking if it isn’t something other than a problem that needs fixing, but rather is a signal that I AM that, I AM within is providing an opportunity or a challenge to grow. _______
Some people lose their balance by insisting we need to call ALL problems “challenges” and the challenge with that is the possibility of not facing a real problem for what it is …a REAL problem.
For example: Many years ago a management consultant pointed out that I was practically a genius in two areas of supposed management strengths: Delegation and problem solving. He did this as a subtle way of introducing me to a HUGE problem with my personality.
I had such enormous confidence in my talent in these two areas, again, delegation and problem solving, that what I did on a subconscious level was create problems so that I could rush in and solve them and/or waste the time of subordinates by delegating them to find solutions to problems that I had created.
The conscious mind awareness this created in me prompted me to make an “executive” snap decision (another supposed talent) and resign my position as a corporate vice president in charge of national sales and marketing because I came to the judgment I wasn’t fit emotionally and mentally for management.
WHEN ALL I’D HAD TO DO WAS, FACE THE real PROBLEM AND SOLVE IT! …AND enjoy the challenges and opportunities of a career change without causing the disruption to the company and to my personal life.
With the perfect wisdom of hindsight, I’ve since seen that the decision to resign was an excellent choice for myriad reasons, but the way I did it could have been done far more creatively and productively for everyone involved had I just gotten into the unconscious flow with a fully integrated mind and seen all the different facets of the situation.
