How to Tap Into the Power Within 3

…For Outward Abundance

There goes Brad again with his crazy antics.

Step Three

You know, sometimes I wonder how I’ve lived this long!  …going on 85 and all. I just realized something about myself – from watching yet another “tapping” video. In Step Two I confessed to being plagued by stress and tension.

It appears that I may be an adrenaline junkie. That is, the stress and tension I experience is self-inflicted as a way to keep me “jazzed” up for living.

I’ve admitted in the past to having an addictive personality – yet I have “kicked” several habits, with seemingly little effort …which could mean I wasn’t addicted at all; and, if that is true, I have no understanding of what a “real” addict goes through (?) and, therefore, have no business talking so blithely about addiction.

For example, caffeine and alcohol – legal uppers and downers – I realized I was becoming very dependent upon alcohol to help settle me down after drinking coffee all day.

It was rather obvious if I wanted to lessen my dependence upon alcohol, I needed to reduce my intake of caffeine. So about a year ago I stopped drinking regular coffee “cold turkey” – and experienced the horrid headaches and jitters of “caffeine withdrawal” …and sure enough, I found I didn’t “need” as much alcohol to wind down from busy days.

Great diet Brad!!!

Then three months later and sixty pounds (heavier than today) ago I decided to tackle another “addiction” – a variety of unhealthy foods. I’ve known that carrying around that much extra weight was ridiculous and I finally decided to do something about it in a way that I could handle it relatively easily (for me), but everybody who asks me about it thinks my regimen is onerous, some say it’s disgusting)* in the midst of all of this I quit drinking alcohol altogether and the amount of caffeine I now consume in a day is equivalent to what’s in about a half cup of coffee.

* If you’re interested in the “what and why” of my diet, go to the website and you will most likely shrink in horror …click on the tab “Brad On” at the top menu bar, then scroll down to “Diet” in the list of topics. I’m still doing the same basic, but have added other fruits and vegetables to bring my caloric intake up to a maintenance level of 1800 to 2000 calories, rather than the 800 a day shown in that article.

I feel great. Admittedly I also felt great, physically, emotionally and mentally nine months ago, when I started down this path – an almost total vegetarian (I had a hardboiled egg with my first “dose” of supplements about 4:45 this morning) diet, no alcohol, almost 100% decaf coffee; zero diet cola.

Several weeks ago I started doing something that I haven’t done for years – increased my running speed; for the last few years my five mile jog took an hour and a half – 15-minute miles now getting close to the 9-minute mile mark  – aha …and realized another possible addiction …to increased oxygen and endorphins resulting in a “high” about five minutes into the run and lasting sometime hours after.

Brad has an very noticeable running outfit.

My running speed is hardly impressive by any other standard than a guy going on 85 …five miles in well under fifty minutes. My record when in my fifties was five miles in less than 35 minutes, my fastest mile back then was 5 minutes and 16 seconds. Most days I did the first mile in right around six minutes and up to ten miles in less than 75 minutes.

I doubt, from a percentage standpoint, that .01 percent of the U.S. population over 65 can run five miles under fifty minutes. The reason I’m bringing this up has to do with being hooked on adrenaline – bragging about how well I’m doing in comparison to others …one synthetic way of feeling good about myself …for what?

We interrupt this broadcast to bring you an important news bulletin. This series will be brief, little danger of it being long enough to publish even a small booklet, but that could change – not the brevity, but I’m just seeing the possibility of a tiny booklet, replete with cover, for those who may want something for their book shelf.

The reason for the above “news” bulletin: I have experienced a lot of emotional memories “coming up” in the last few days as a result of tapping. I had a phone conversation with Ryan yesterday morning and he, perceptive soul that he is, sensed my being rather irritable and immediately told me what it was from, because he had experienced the same phenomenon when he began tapping.

He was very loving and understanding, kind soul that he is, and patiently explained what he had gone through, which was quite encouraging. He really did understand – we’d had almost identical experiences. What now?

Grow up, not very likely!!! Brad and Ryan are a couple of kids at heart.

What now is that Ryan and I agreed that it is time to gain a little maturity! Stop, already, with the need to be high! Ten minutes after that phone conversation I experienced a total breakthrough into INSTANT ACCESS to the SOURCE.

We, Ryan and I, have often shared the Leapfrog experience I had first written about in the novel – that is a method for anyone to leap right over me and any other human being to have their own direct experience with our SPIRIT-PARENT.

…And, therefore, directly and dynamically move into healing power and spiritual healing and a surge of the term Jesus coined, that is, “God-faith” by which we can be the vessels through which the same and more miracles that our SPIRIT-PARENT did through Jesus; and the term yours truly coined …“extreme faith” by which anyone can have the “Enoch experience” of INSTEAD of going through physical death, to avoid it totally and live in the “kingdom of heaven” right now.

Back to the need for a little maturation, now that I’m going on 85, and quit inventing ways to experience chemical “highs” from oxygen, adrenaline and endorphins – because there is a far better “high” and that is to experience the continual presence and power of our SPIRIT-PARENT.

As a means to prepare for INSTANT ACCESS, it is time to introduce what my research uncovered as the most straight forward introduction to EFT and “tapping” that I found for my personal taste and perceived needs. It’s complete and the essentials are covered in 13:8 minutes. Plus directly beneath the video there is a complete article that took me less than five minutes to read through twice.

http://www.eft-alive.com/how-to-do-EFT.html this page opens up right to the video and referenced article directly beneath it.

Then I’ll see you back in Step 4 with an explanation of what happened to me after the above referenced phone conversation with Ryan Bruce.
