Reversing the Process of Aging
Part Four…the alternatives

I promised that next up (now) we would deal with some spiritual causes of aging and how to effectively overcome them. I meant to say mental and spiritual because while the two are separate (at least from my perspective), they are intertwined as to both cause and effect.
I realize that I have painted myself into a corner, but that’s okay because it is quick drying paint and a perfect metaphor to help us make the giant leap out of our predilection, predisposition and bias toward disease, aging and death.
In part three of this series we shared the MedNet.com statement about the placebo effect and that the important part of healing has to do with expectation that it will come about. Something I have often shared with medical practitioners, with whom I have been involved, including those with M.D., D.O., D.C and other letters after their names, is that while there is therapeutic value in all kinds of treatments and I am not denigrating any of them …the real healing takes place when their patients desire and expect to be healed and are motivated to do whatever will aid the healing process and, in my mind, the placebo effect is proof of that.
In my, albeit limited, experience, it is the same thing with so-called “faith” or spiritual healing. It is why I have shared several true stories on this website about dramatic spiritual healings which have taken place, for which I take no credit, but rather “tune in” to our SPIRIT-PARENT for direction before I say or do anything. It is the work of our SPIRIT-PARENT and I am merely the vessel. This isn’t humility, false or otherwise, it is simply a fact.

My role model for this is Jesus: Please consider that, “Your faith made you well,” was an oft repeated remark of his along with another, “The works you have seen me do are not mine, but of our SPIRIT-PARENT …He does the works and my words are from Him.”
I had written the foregoing yesterday and had to leave it for a dinner with a small group of neighbors. When I returned I went to bed early without checking e-mail or looking at what I had written earlier.
I awakened at two o’clock this morning to a very intense thought. I then thought immediately of one of our regular e-mail respondent-friend-brothers and asked if it were for him. I was shown that it was for anyone who wanted the experience.
About three hours later (5:00 a.m.) I sent the following e-mail to Ryan Bruce, publisher of Brad Cullen books and webmaster of this website:
I have been asking Dad what to do with the word I awakened to this morning and, in light of it, how and if to proceed with the series on anti-aging…
The following, just now, came to me along with the confirmation to continue with the series and incorporate the words I had awakened to as a declaration within this part of the series…

“Thank You, SPIRIT-PARENT SOURCE, for manifesting Yourself through me and in me …I AM eternal life and therefore the aging of this physical body mechanism has ended. As I am being flooded with YOUR light no darkness can exist in me; I AM light and the reversal of aging has begun.
“I need not argue for anything, I AM and all those who want to partake may do so by simply choosing to do so. I AM energy and therefore I AM in need of nothing.”

What I feel compelled to do now is share an experience I had and why I believe copying the foregoing and reading it aloud several times a day, until it becomes part of you will do for you.
Where is Brad?
Several years ago I was walking and praying on Sugar Beach just north of Kihei, Maui in Hawaii. I had recently discovered that what Jesus was quoted as saying, “when you pray” in the original language meant something quite different than taught traditionally. The word translated as “pray” actually meant to declare and even to speak intensely as a command or demand. I was musing about the implications of this (to me) surprising revelation, because it cleared away so much so much of what Jesus said which hadn’t previously made any sense to me; particularly with regard to what is commonly referred to as the “Lord’s Prayer” and some things that are similarly MIS-translated in the 11th chapter of Mark in many English translations, but have become religious (and meaningless in my view) traditions.
As I walked, some words began to form in my mind that were startling, to say the least: “I am in and of the will of God, Your presence and power are upon me; I want and have nothing else and no other thought or feeling shall have a permanent place in me. I AM.”
At the time I was of a mindset that recoiled from these words as plain and utter blasphemy. How could I possibly say these words I reasoned …after all, I AM was the name of the voice which spoke to Moses out of a burning bush which told him to go tell the children of Israel that He, (that is, I AM) is their God and this name (I AM who I AM) was to be a memorial for all time? Although some translators insist that in the Hebrew the words can also mean “I will be what I will be” …which works for me too.
Who am I, therefore, to say such a thing, I asked, and the answer changed my life forever, those words have bred faith and identity to many who have also adopted the habit of repeating them over and over.
You, my dear friend, whoever you are, can leap over their heads by declaring over and over what I was given so early this morning …again:
“Thank You, SPIRIT-PARENT SOURCE, for manifesting Yourself through me and in me …I AM eternal life and therefore the aging of this physical body-bag mechanism has ended. As I am being flooded with YOUR light no darkness can exist in me; I AM light and the reversal of aging has begun.
“I need not argue for anything, I AM and all those who want to partake may do so by simply choosing to do so. I AM energy and therefore I AM in need of nothing.”
Begin a daily regimen of reading this several times a day until it becomes a part of you. It will lead you to a marvelous awakening of who lives in you and who performs the miracles you will soon be performing and avoids the horrid involvement of ego that “you” did anything. Healing power and spiritual healing will flow through you and you will understand that it is not “you” who performed the “miracle,” but our SPIRIT-PARENT SOURCE who did the work …exactly as Jesus did and gave our SPIRIT-PARENT all the credit for doing so …and further said that anyone who believes enough will do as well. Anyone …that’s you and me, joined together again with I AM.
I was with a group of wonderful neighbors sharing a meal and was, as usual, being chided about not being open about what I believe. I write these things to people who are hungry for me to share what my experiences are. I do not share such things with people who ask me things like, “are you a Fundamentalist?” just as with the terms “Christian” and “God,” “fundamentalist” simply means too many different things to too many different people. Those of you who have been around this website know that I am very open about a number of things which are quite uncomfortable for the religious to handle.
Oh...here is Brad...he is reading.
It is just that I understand my identity which I have acquired through faith-fully repeating what I have been given to declare. Out of that discipline many have been healed of myriad diseases …and now let’s repeat what Jesus said, “Nothing is impossible to anyone who believes enough.” This is an accurate translation from the original language and, again, these words are the means by which many of you will learn your identity and become vessels of the healing work that is done by the SPIRIT-PARENT HEALER who lives within.
Write this declaration down and read it out loud repeatedly, until you know that I AM lives within and speaks, heals and accomplishes healing power and spiritual healing through YOU. I AM, WE ARE.
